Place wings in a large bowl and pat dry. Add Oil, crushed Garlic & Rosemary in a bowl and mix well.
Add spice mixture to the oil mix.
Pour the mixture on to the wings and mix well. Reserve some mix for the last few minutes to baste the wings.
On parchment paper or well greased pan, lay the wings in a row flat. Place in a 250 degree preheated oven for 35 minutes, flip, then increase temperature to 450 degree for an additional 40- 45 min or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Use the reserved wing mix and baste the wings on both side. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
