Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lb chicken wings
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 large springs of Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place wings in a large bowl and pat dry. Add Oil, crushed Garlic & Rosemary in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add spice mixture to the oil mix.
  • Pour the mixture on to the wings and mix well. Reserve some mix for the last few minutes to baste the wings.
  • On parchment paper or well greased pan, lay the wings in a row flat. Place in a 250 degree preheated oven for 35 minutes, flip, then increase temperature to 450 degree for an additional 40- 45 min or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Use the reserved wing mix and baste the wings on both side. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
