Instructions
How to make this Italian sliders recipe
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and set the tops aside. Lightly spray a glass baking dish with nonstick spray and place the bottoms of the rolls into the dish.
Step 2: Layer the reduced-fat provolone over the rolls.
Step 3: Add the lean ham, then the salami, and finally the turkey pepperoni.
Step 4: Place the tops on and bake for about 15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, light mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until well coated.
Step 6: Let the rolls cool slightly. Remove the tops from the dish and spoon the chopped Italian sliders mixture over the pepperoni layer, smoothing it out evenly.
Step 7: Replace the tops. Melt the reduced-fat butter in a microwave safe bowl for about 20 seconds.
Step 8: Brush the tops with the melted butter, then sprinkle with grated parmesan and a little extra Italian seasoning.
