  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup Light butter
  • 1/3 cup Swerve brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Lilys chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, and honey. Stir in the egg, vanilla, and milk.
  • Add oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir just until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
