Pro Tips
- If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the coated cauliflower florets in the oven at 400F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- To make the cauliflower wings extra crispy, spray them with Olive Oil cooking spray before air frying or baking.
- You can also add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top before air frying for an extra layer of flavor.
FAQ
It could be because your air fryer was not preheated properly or the florets were overcrowded in the basket. Make sure to preheat your air fryer and leave enough space between the florets for them to cook evenly.
Yes, you can use frozen cauliflower but make sure to thaw it completely before coating and cooking. Frozen cauliflower may also take longer to cook, so keep an eye on it while air frying.
It typically takes about 10-12 minutes to air fry fresh cauliflower at 400°F. However, the cooking time may vary depending on the size and type of your air fryer.
