Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Ground Pork rind crumbs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp. Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lime zest

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, stir together water, Almond Flour, salt, garlic powder, lime juice, zest and mayonnaise.
  • Wash & Dry with Paper towels. Dip a piece of cauliflower.
  • Add the florets to the Ground Pork Rinds.
  • Cook in Air Fryer 400F 10-12 min
