Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 Ibs Ground Beef
  • 3/4 cup Pork Rinds
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

For the Gravy:

  • 1 Onion thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Pork Rinds, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 4 oval-shaped patties and place them in a baking dish.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, cooking until softened and lightly browned.
  • Sprinkle Cornstarch over the vegetables and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in beef broth, soy sauce, and additional salt, and pepper. Continue stirring until the gravy thickens.
  • Pour the mushroom and onion gravy over the hamburger patties in the baking dish.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through. Remove the foil during the last 5 minutes of baking for a golden-brown finish.
