Equipment

  • Large serving platter or wooden board
  • Parchment paper (optional)
  • Knife (for slicing red pepper, strawberries, and cheese)
  • Star-shaped cutter (for provolone cheese)
  • Small sticks or skewers

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Red pepper sliced
  • 16 ounces Cherry tomatoes
  • 16 ounces Raspberries
  • 16 ounces Strawberries
  • 6 ounces Turkey Pepperoni
  • 2 ounces Pearl mozzarella
  • 4 ounces Yogurt covered raisins
  • 6 ounces White chocolate dipped pretzels
  • 6 ounces Square water crackers
  • 6 ounces round water crackers
  • 6 ounces Pepper jack cheese sliced
  • 2 ounces White cheddar cheese sliced
  • 8 ounces Brie
  • 16 ounces Blackberries
  • 16 ounces Blueberries
  • 2 ounces sugar-free Fruit jam of choice

Instructions

  • Prepare a serving platter and line with parchment if needed. Slice the red pepper and strawberries. On a skewer, place a cherry tomato, mozzarella pearl, and blackberry. Use a star-shaped cutter to cut stars from provolone and remove the star shape from the brie casing, filling the center with fruit jam.
  • To assemble, have all the individual items prepared. On your serving platter, begin with the larger, more statement pieces first (brie, skewers, crackers, etc.). Small loose items are also good in bowls to add dimension, keep them contained, and are aesthetically pleasing.
  • Place the smaller, secondary items around the larger items, such as peppers, strawberries,
  • meats, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
  • Finally, top the board with the star-shaped cheeses - place on top of the blueberries or
  • raspberries for a striking contrast.
