  • 1 pint strawberries washed and patted dry
  • 9 oz package Lily’s chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium bowl and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted, stirring between each heating session.
  • Dip the strawberries into the chocolate, set on parchment paper, then top with coconut.
  • Transfer the tray to the refrigerator and chill for about an hour to allow the chocolate to fully set.
