Equipment

  • mini muffin tin
  • Medium Bowl
  • Cutting board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup Salmon diced
  • 2 tbsp Green onions
  • 1/2 tbsp.Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp.Rice vinegar
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1-2 Nori seaweed sheets

Instructions
 

  • Add mayonnaise and soy sauce to the chopped salmon. Mix.
  • Add rice vinegar to cauliflower rice. Mix.
  • Cut squares of nori into a muffin tin and fill with cauliflower rice.
  • Place salmon on top and cook at 400F for 15 minutes.
  • Add diced avocado and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
