Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Over medium heat Add the shrimp and broccoli to the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute until cooked through.
Stir in the garlic and butter. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese
Saute to your desired doneness and enjoy.
