  • ​Wooden spoon for mixing

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 C. Broccoli florets almost cooked
  • 4 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Over medium heat Add the shrimp and broccoli to the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute until cooked through.
  • Stir in the garlic and butter. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese
  • Saute to your desired doneness and enjoy.
