Gather all the spices in. a large bowl and mix it. Generously add the dry rub to the Chicken Thighs

Coat the Air Fryer basket with cooking spray or use parchment paper. Place chicken thighs in a single layer, untucked in the basket.

Place the thighs in a 400-degree preheated Air Fryer and cook for 20 mins. Flip the chicken halfway through the cooking process. Using a meat thermometer check to see that the internal temperature is 165 degrees. Note that the cooking time may vary depending on your Air Fryer.

  • For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the dry rub mixture.
  • If you don’t have an air fryer, this recipe can also be cooked in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  • If your not a fan of dark meat,  use skinless chicken breasts instead of thighs.

Freezing: You can store in a freezer bag or airtight container for up to 3 months

Reheat: If you have leftover chicken, you can reheat in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes or in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes

  • If using frozen chicken breasts, increase cooking time by 5-7 minutes.
